  • We typically kick-off a project by visiting the property. This is where we will collect accurate measurements and get a real feel for the space. We also use this as an opportunity to discuss the project with you in depth, completing a detailed brief and to understand your vision.

    Following this consultation, we will produce a set of designs, which we will later present back to you during a live demonstration within our showroom. To help inform decisions about your design, during this presentation we can generate 3D photo-realistic images and create material boards with a range of samples. We are also able to make as many live alterations as is necessary to your plan to ensure you are completely satisfied with your design, before proceeding with your order.

  • We do not charge for consultation and design, therefore you only pay once you are completely satisfied with your plans and are ready to proceed with the project.

    We take payments in installments at different stages of the project. We ask for an initial 10% commitment deposit following the design presentation when you are ready to proceed with the project. Another 40% deposit is requested following site survey and to proceed with purchasing. Then a final 50% payment is requested prior to delivery of your goods.

  • Yes, we are an accredited finance broker, meaning that we can offer finance options for our customers including:

    • Buy Now Pay Later (within 12 months)

    • Interest bearing up to 72 months

  • If you do not have an installer in mind for your project, we can offer installation from our in-house installation team or recommend an installer from our list of trusted and experienced sub-contractors, whom we are confident will deliver projects to the high quality we expect.

    Alternatively, if you already have an installer in mind, or if you’re planning to install yourself, you will be provided with an ‘Installation Pack’ which includes fully annotated plans, elevations and installation guidelines.

  • This is a common misconception. Our mission is to provide our customers with great value for money. We are transparent on price throughout the planning stages, and breakdown each area of your quote to help you make the right informed decisions working within your budget.
